Ultra high efficiency oil removal filter from Hankison. Removes solids particles, water and oil aerosols to 0.01 micron (0.0008 ppm remaining oil content). Features corrosion resistant inner and outer cores.
This filter is designed to be used in the following situations:
*Upstream of dessicant or membrane dryers (use a series PF as a pre-filter if heavy liquid loads are present).
*Downstream of refrigerated dryers.
Features Two Stage Filtration as follows:
First Stage - Coated, closed cell foam sleeve acts as prefilter and flow disperser.
Second Stage - Multiple layers of matrix blended fibre media for ultrafine coalescence. Outer coated, closed cell foam sleeve.
To optimise the product life of the filter install an Series PF as a pre-filter.
These filters conform to ISO Quality Standard 8573-1:1995. Please refer to the attached data sheet for a full explanation.
To find the maximum flow at pressures other than 7 bar, please consult the pressure correction table at the end of the attached datasheet.
All filters are supplied with a differential pressure gauge. Automatic drains are included up to F17-B-UF only.
Filters are available with connection sizes of 1/4" BSP to 2 1/2" BSP and DN 80 to DN 150 flange.
Element(s) is(are) included with the filter. Larger filters require more than one element.

This range supersedes HF3 filter from Hankison which has been discontinued (March 2010).
