Replacement filter elements to suit the Hi-Line HF series range of compressed air filters.
All filters are supplied initally with a filter element.
Filter elements should be renewed annually or when indicated by the differential pressure indicator or sooner if the filter is operating in adverse conditions.
Grade 2 – particle removal to 3 micron
Grade 3 – Oil removal to 0.5 mg/m3 and particle removal to 1 micron
Grade 4 – Oil removal to 0.01 mg/m3 and particle removal to 0.01 micron
Grade 5 – Activated carbon filter – oil removal down to 0.003 mg/m3

Grade 2 – particles class 3
Grade 3 – particles class 2, oil class 3
Grade 4 – particles class 1, oil class 1
Grade 5 – oil class 1
The filter elements in this range are manufactured with polished aluminium end caps which are stronger and better suited to applications with elevated temperatures. They also utilise ‘pleated’ filter media which gives a longer service life and a lower pressure drop which saves energy.
