The Tundra range of refrigerant air dryers are designed to be energy efficient and highly reliable. Energy saving is achieved by using an improved single cell heat exchanger and a fan with a variable speed controller.
Capacity is from 22 to 1700 cfm and larger fridge dryers and high pressure options are available on request. The complete range listed here is normally available from stock in the UK for next day delivery to most areas.
The design means that the dewpoint of +3 deg C is maintained at all times and does not vary at different points in the cycle.
Flow figures in the table below are quoted for 7 bar air pressure, 35 deg C inlet temperature and 25 deg C ambient. For other working conditions please apply the factors in the table shown in the data sheet.
Model numbers 22 up to 115 are available from UK stock in 60 Hz variations for offshore and marine applications.
The Tundra refrigerant air dryer is supplied with a 1 year warranty as standard.
Pre and after filters must be ordered separately. For normal applications use a grade 3 pre filter and grade 4 after filter. For applications where there is a heavy condensate load present consider using a grade 2 pre filter as a bulk separation unit (in addition to the grade 3).
