Electrical crimping machine (swaging press) with horizontal head for easy slide-in die location. The crimping machine is operated by a push button.
Available in two ranges, ECO and HydraTouch in three or single phase.
The ECO range has a manual calibration system with a digital position indicator. Where as the Hydratouch range are calibrated by using the touch screen control panel.
Faster cycle times can be achieved by using gas struts (must be purchased separately).
When ordering Gas Struts, please note 2 must be ordered.
Foot pedal and camera are also available for the Hydratouch range (must be purchased separately) .
These machines are supplied complete with 12 interchangeable die sets ranging from 1/4" to 2".
All Hydralok swaging machines incorporate a cut-out that allows the swaging of 90 degree fittings.
Additional die sets to cover other swaging sizes can be ordered separately.
