Hand crimping machine (swaging press) with horizontal head for easy slide-in die location and simple manual calibration system. The crimping machine is operated by a twin speed hand pump with an integral relief valve.
Available in two versions, one operated by the means of a hand pump and the other by a foot pedal connected to an external air source.
Manual calibration is carried out by micrometer. For example, if you wish to swage 24mm the 22 number (22.00mm) die set would be selected and then 2.00mm set on the machine's calibration micrometer giving 24.00mm swage size
These machines are supplied complete with 5 interchangeable die sets ranging from 1/4" to 1".
Includes a die holder drawer.
All Hydralok swaging machines incorporate a cut-out that allows the swaging of 90 degree fittings.
Additional die sets to cover other swaging sizes can be ordered separately.
