Liquimatic advanced technology hydraulic oil from Morris Lubricants offers superior performance to normal premium grade products.
Available in 8 viscosity grades ISO 10 - 150 and in 5 and 25 litre cans.
The Liquimatic range uses Group 2 base oil which is almost clear with just a tinge of yellow. Group 2 base oil is much more resilient at higher temperatures and offers better performance at lower temperatures than a Group 1 base oil.
Liquimatic range is Zinc Free (or ashless). Zinc is a an anti-wear additive used in some hydraulic oils but the disadvantage of this additive is that it is not very water tolerant.
The additive package provides:
Good anti wear performance
Protection against rusting and corrosion
Increased tolerance of water
Prevents oxidisation of the base oil
Anti foam properties
All of which means that the Liquimatic range will offer consistent performance throughout its service life.
