Pellet Launcher kits used for cleaning hydraulic hoses, tubes and pipes.
The pellet launcher kit uses compressed air to fire a pellet through a hose or pipe in order to clean it. This is normally done after a hose assembly has been manufactured and to prove that it is clean.
Pellets to suit different sizes of hose must be ordered separately - see related products section.
When a hose has been cleaned using a pellet it is normal practice to fit a heat-shrink tab on the end. This remains in place until the hose is ready to be used and demonstrates that the hose has been sealed since it was cleaned using the pellet gun.

There are three different kits available.
Workshop kit - includes 23 nozzles and intended for hose, tube and pipe applications up to 2" bore.
Van kit - 2" - includes 10 nozzles and intended for hose, tube and pipe applications up to 2" bore
Van kit 1 1/4" - includes 8 nozzles and intended for cleaning hoses up to 1 1/4" bore.
All three kits include the Launcher gun, adaptor ring and carrying case and hose nozzles from 1/4" to 2" or 1 1/4".
The workshop kit also includes JIC/Tube nozzles 1/4" up to 2".

Air requirements: 5.5 bar (80 psi) and a 1/2" id air hose to give good volume of compressed air. Compressed air should also be clean and dry.
